COSMOLIGHT Lighting Solutions Enhances Efficiency for ALPHA TV
Greek broadcaster ALPHA TV turned to Cosmolight’s LED lighting system to elevate production quality across its facilities.
Alpha is one of Greece’s largest television networks, with nationwide coverage. It is renowned for featuring some of the biggest names in Greek television and broadcasting some of the country’s most popular TV formats.
Located in Athens, Alpha’s production facility includes five studios from which live entertainment, news programs, Greek dramas, and internationally successful films and TV series are broadcast.
Alpha TV seized the opportunity to fully modernize its lighting system, transitioning from a traditional halogen setup to one of the latest and most advanced LED systems. This upgrade covered all six studios, with Cosmolight, in partnership with its Greek distributor TELMACO, supplying 650 QUARTZCOLOR STUDIO LED X6 PLUS BI- COLOR 300W fixtures. A key focus of the project was ensuring that the new lighting system would optimize workflow efficiency, improve reliability, and significantly reduce operational and maintenance costs.
